At Men Stopping Violence, we know that men often cope with stress by bottling it up, seeking escapes, or using aggression towards loved ones. Today, the coronavirus outbreak is disrupting so many of the ways we get relief – sports, going to work, hanging out with the guys, etc. Now, more than ever, we need to take care of ourselves, so we can take care of the others in our lives.
